Mothers Union

The MU is especially concerned with all that strengthens and preserves marriage and Christian family life.  To achieve this they try to develop prayer and spiritual growth and resource their members to take practical action to improve conditions for families, internationally, nationally and in the community in which they live.  They meet in St Lawrence Church at 12pm for Corporate Communion on the second Wednesday of the month; followed by coffee and a chat in the Breakspear Room.  One evening a month they meet in the Breakspear Room, St Lawrence Church, at 8pm (usually the third Tuesday of the month) for discussion or to hear visiting speakers. 

Visitors are always welcome to any meeting.
